Rigid Vehicle Collision

Traditional vehicles utilize rigid steel frames. In a high-speed collision against an immovable object, the lack of structural yielding means the massive kinetic energy has nowhere to go. The result is a violent transfer of force directly into the passenger cabin.

If we make a vehicle entirely out of soft, highly elastic materials (like rubber), the impact energy is not destroyed—it is stored. The vehicle violently bounces backward, creating a lethal reverse acceleration that throws passengers into uncontrollable rebound motion.

The Core Softauto System.

The central innovation of the Softauto patent lies in its dedicated flexible protection systems. While the center cabin remains a rigid sanctuary for passengers, the front and rear extremities function as highly intelligent impact buffers.

01. Front & Rear Buffers

The patented system locates advanced flexible structures strictly at the front and rear of the vehicle. During a collision, these structures deform first. Internal air and liquid cushion systems absorb the kinetic force, releasing pressure gradually through controlled leakage to safely dissipate the energy. This dramatically reduces acceleration and rebound force, protecting both the passengers inside and pedestrians outside.

02. Adjustable Inflation

The Softauto system is highly adaptive. The internal air and liquid pressure values can be dynamically adjusted via the vehicle's onboard computer. Whether optimizing for high-speed highway driving, slow urban commuting, or specific comfort requirements, the system actively calibrates the stiffness of the protection modules to match real-time road conditions and safety requirements.
